ALEX ALBON DISMISSES CARLOS SAINZ DUTCH GP TENSION AFTER CLEAR-THE-AIR BREAKFAST

Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz have moved past their Dutch Grand Prix collision without the drama the paddock was hoping for. The Williams teammates met for breakfast Monday after Sainz drove into Albon at Zandvoort Turn 1, wrecking Albon's floor and ending his race. Sainz took full blame—he locked up on old hards after hitting a bump—and caught the check.

Albon made it clear he wasn't interested in feeding the media frenzy. "You can tell in the media pen... the interviewer is like licking their lips," he said on The Fast And The Curious podcast.
