Your complete guide to the 2026 season — every streaming option, every broadcast time, every race in US time zones.
Every Formula 1 race in the 2026 season is broadcast live in the US on ESPN or ESPN2. Coverage typically begins 30–60 minutes before the race start to include the grid walk, driver introductions, and pre-race analysis.
Most races take place on Sunday mornings Eastern time — European and Asian circuits run early (8–11am ET), while the US Grand Prix in Austin and the Mexico City Grand Prix are the exceptions, starting in the afternoon (3pm ET). The Las Vegas Grand Prix is a late-night Saturday event (1am ET Sunday, 10pm PT Saturday).
TIP: ESPN occasionally bumps a race from ESPN to ESPN2 due to scheduling conflicts. Always check your guide the morning of the race or use the ESPN app, which shows the correct channel automatically.
