Kimi Antonelli laid down a marker in Monaco FP3, topping the session with a 1:12.720 lap – the only driver to break the 1:13 barrier. The Mercedes driver edged out the Ferrari pair, with Charles Leclerc 0.327 seconds back in second and Lewis Hamilton just four thousandths further adrift. This came in a typically chaotic Monaco practice, punctuated by multiple red flags, including one caused by American hopeful Oliver Bearman’s crash at Massenet in his Haas. Antonelli even saw a strong lap compromised by a slow Cadillac. Max Verstappen struggled for outright pace, finishing a distant fifth, nearly a second off the leading time. With Haas's other car, driven by Esteban Ocon, only managing 11th, qualifying will be a brutal fight for track position.
