Charles Leclerc and wife Alexandra announced the birth of their first child Wednesday, a daughter named Bianca. The Ferrari driver shared the news via Instagram with a photo of the baby's feet and the caption "Bianca 3.11.26," days after finishing fourth in Mexico City and ahead of this weekend's race in Brazil.
The F1 paddock flooded the post with congratulations. Carlos Sainz led the current drivers with "So happy for you. Welcome to the world Bianca," while Oscar Piastri and Pierre Gasly added their messages. Ferrari posted "Huge congratulations to you both!!" and rival Mercedes sent their own. Four-time champion Alain Prost and former Ferrari teammate Jean Alesi chimed in, as did Max Verstappen's family and celebrities including Eva Longoria and Charlie Puth. F1 Academy couldn't resist: "Maybe we'll see her on the grid in the future."
The new father returns to action in Sao Paulo this weekend.
