Mercedes will rebuild the car — new rear end, right front corner, possible floor damage — but Bradley Lord confirmed they're not worried about missing Qualifying. Russell starts last regardless.

Sunday becomes damage limitation. Teammate Kimi Antonelli, running the upgraded W17 while Russell tests the older spec, salvaged P4 to show there's pace in the package if Mercedes can find the setup window.
