Monaco isn't changing. ACM president Michel Boeri ruled out any circuit modifications, warning that moving or demolishing anything would trigger a full FIA re-homologation. The 3.3-kilometer layout—F1's shortest and narrowest—has been criticized for decades for producing processions, but the Principality's borders make widening impossible.

Liberty Media extended Monaco's deal through 2035 anyway, twice in two years. Boeri was direct about the dynamic: "They're here to make money. We're here to give them as little as possible and make as much as possible ourselves." He dismissed critics who call Monaco "the merry-go-round" and said Liberty finally understood the race's value as a draw.

The pit lane is a different problem. Boeri hinted at vertical expansion to create garage space—building up when you can't build out. Monaco debuts a sprint race next year, a curious format choice for a track where overtaking is nearly impossible.
