Haas rookie Ollie Bearman was filmed driving Ferrari's new 849 Testarossa through Monaco, and the video took off — over 5,600 likes and counting. The 19-year-old Brit, still a Ferrari Driver Academy member despite racing for the American team, was spotted leaving the Scuderia Monte-Carlo dealership in a blue example with white racing stripes.
The 849 Testarossa is Ferrari's plug-in hybrid successor to the SF90 Stradale, packing 1,036 horsepower from a twin-turbo V8 and three electric motors. That's nearly what a current F1 car produces. Zero to 100 km/h takes 2.3 seconds; top speed hits 205 mph. Base price starts around €460,000, well within driver salary territory but still a flex for a first-year guy.
Whether Bearman was testing, borrowing, or buying isn't confirmed. What's clear: his Ferrari ties run deep even as he races in Haas white. When Maranello starts making 2027 driver calls, that connection could matter.
